Focused on creating high quality amenity and space, WA understands both the commitment to community and planning. Architecture is not only considered design, but the understanding that buildings and precincts both live and bring together people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WA provides an inclusive service, offering architecture, planning, consulting, interior design, and management to achieve an end-to-end vision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samantha Watt launched the newly branded Watt Architecture (WA) in 2023 following the success of her practice, formerly known as Watt Building Design (established 2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A registered Architect, Samantha has a wealth of experience working across both commercial and residential asset classes. With over a decade\u2019s worth of experience, Samantha seamlessly applies her knowledge of architecture, interiors & planning to ensure high-quality outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working with Samantha since 2018, Hannah leads projects with proficiency and loves to follow a project from sketch design all the way to OC. Hannah enjoys design development and seeing projects come to life through the construction phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
